The board must be busted!
PACTAIN DYHOW PSEAKS
I recently uncovered a ouija board while going through some boxes of old stuff in the garage. Not the Parker Brothers version, but a home made one with extra spooky symbols and strange colors. I was about to burn it in the name of Christ, but my wife snatched it from my hands. “Don’t burn my witch board!”
“This thing is creepy! It looks like it was made by Danny Torrance.”
“My roommate and I made that in college. They work best that way.”
Um, yeah, so now it’s down in the basement somewhere. Brooding. Calculating. Thinking about what evil to unleash upon the world. I thought about taking a photo of it and including it in this post but I’m sure the board wouldn’t like that…
THE SKEPTIC AT THE SEANCE
Regular Grinsane readers may recognize the woman on the right. She teaches English at Grinsane U and is known for correcting even the most minor mistakes in grammar and pronunciation — which makes her maybe not the best person to tag along for a bit of old fashioned spirit knocking. Needless to say, these things go off most convincingly when performed with true believers, or at least folks willing to bend a letter or two.
Thank you for visiting. Tune in next week for more horror comedy comics and cartoons!
